Unloading System

CNIP provides full line installation service of Seed Cotton UNLOADING SYSTEM / DISPENSING SYSTEM. Seed Cotton Dispensing system is the initial stage in cotton ginning process. The name Dispensing / Unloading is given because of the "Seed cotton dispatch with storage in box" and all storage process is done in this system. Seed Cotton Dispensing system is consisting of different machines to carry out the objectives of Seed Cotton Unloading system. The Seed Cotton Unloading System is the means by which the incoming seed cotton is introduced into the gin plant. Whether the seed cotton is transported to the gin in sacks, trailers, trucks, or in modules (either conventional loaf-type or the newer round-type), CNIP offers a variety of equipment that can be configured to accommodate any or all of these means of arrival at a broad range of capacities.

CNIP provides full line installation service of Seed Cotton SEPRATOR SYSTEM including construction, repairing or replace old parts, Installation of electrical components, wiring and panelling. Separator is a mechanical process that suck, cleans and transport seed cotton and feed into dispensing system. Separator is connected with telescope and suction fan. It’s a easy process for sucking seed cotton from storage room or from truck - lorry directly.

Vacuum Wheels (also known as rotary air locks) are used in various places throughout the cotton ginning process to drop cotton into a conveying air stream. They resemble a revolving door lying on its side and are useful for allowing material to move from one area to another without letting air escape in the process.

It’s a system that increase gin efficiency, Provides uniform flow of seed cotton into the ginning system for maximum cleaning and efficiency, Two dispersing cylinders break up seed cotton into small clusters for maximum exposure and trash removal. Vane switch detects cotton level for automatic control of incoming feed to the gin.
