CNIP provides on-site service to all customers. Parts sold or supplied by ginning companies of any brand are serviced to provide appropriate technical services in place of the defective or allegedly defective product, to correct, replace or otherwise correct the problem described by the buyer. The scope of the onsite maintenance service package covers all maintenance work, excluding spare parts. It starts with the schedule of the visits and covers the check-up and calibration of machines, know-how transfer and status repo.
